From sketch
to shelf.

You call us, we handle the rest. Drawings, factory, packaging, freight, webshop — one partner, no handoffs. Most of what we make is for outdoor, hunting, powersports, tools and industry, but the network does not stop there.

Who this
is for

You have an idea and want it made.

A sketch, a prototype, or a clear picture in your head. You do not need to know anything about factories, tooling, minimum orders or customs codes. That is our job. Tell us what it is and we will say straight out whether it can be made, roughly what it will cost, and what the first step is.

You have a shop and want your own products.

Today you sell what your suppliers offer, at the margin they set. We make products that are yours. Built for your customers, priced for your business, and not available from the shop down the road.

Neither, or somewhere in between? Most of our work sits along that line — established brands adding a product, distributors who want something of their own, companies that need one specific thing made properly. Tell us where you stand.

What we do

These are the five steps, in the order they actually happen. Most people come to us at step one. Some arrive at step three with a product that already exists and no way to sell it. You can join anywhere along the line, and how it works in practice is a page of its own.

  1. Product development and CAD

You bring a sketch, a photo or a description. We turn it into drawings a factory can quote from. Along the way we tell you which details are driving the cost — a tolerance you do not need, a material choice that doubles the tooling — while changing them is still free.

  2. Manufacturing

We pick the factory, negotiate the price and check the goods before they ship. We have our own company in Shenzhen with our own staff, so someone we employ has seen your product before you have. Textile, plastic, metal, casting, milling, turning — and when China is not the right answer, we make it in Europe.

  3. Branding and packaging

Logo, identity, packaging, and the box it actually ships in. Retail packaging has to survive a container, fit a shelf and still open the way a customer expects. We design for all three, not just for the render.

  4. Ecommerce

Shopify and Shopify Plus, B2C and B2B. Set up to actually sell: product data, payments, shipping rules, and the unglamorous parts that decide whether an order goes through.

  5. European market entry

Distributors, dealers, VAT, EORI and compliance. Paperwork is where products get stuck at the border, and the dealer network is where they sit unsold. We have done both, and we will tell you which one yours needs first.

How we work
together

We do not work to a template. Different projects need different setups, and the engagement should be right for both sides.

Fixed price or a monthly retainer, when the scope is clear and there is budget to match. Clear deliverables, clear timelines.

Markup on unit cost, revenue share over a defined period, or a combination, when cash is tighter and the product can carry it.

For very early stage ideas, where there is no capital but the person and product are right, we can go deeper. We carry time and risk in exchange for a larger share of the upside once the product is in market. We do not do this often, but we do it.

We never put in our own capital. We do not advance funds. We are not investors. But we are open about how we structure the work.

Tell us where you stand, and we will figure out something that fits.

Where we
draw the line

We can make most things. The limits are not about what we are capable of, they are about what we can stand behind. We only take on work where we can guarantee the outcome, and there are a few places where we cannot.

Nothing that plugs into the wall. Generators and battery products are fine, 230 and 400 volt mains equipment is not. Nothing you swallow, so no medicine, supplements or food. No fast fashion. And nothing where the regulatory responsibility lands on us while the quality sits with someone else.

You will hear this early. If a project is not a fit we say so in the first conversation, not six months and a deposit later. That is worth more to you than a polite yes.

We also do not publish our current clients. That is a reason to work with us, not a gap on this page.
