Lionparts B2B — European Dealer Portal
Built the European B2B dealer portal infrastructure — structured pricing architecture, wholesale account management, and a product catalog adapted for trade buyers.
What was built
A new B2B structure was needed to support European dealer sales properly. The existing approach was patchwork — dealers were ordering through workarounds, pricing was manual, and product presentation was not fit for a professional trade context.
Approach
We built a dedicated B2B portal separate from the B2C storefront but sharing the same product catalog. Dealer accounts were structured with correct pricing tiers, minimum order logic, and access controls. Product pages were adapted for the wholesale context — less lifestyle, more specifications and availability.
Deliverables
- — B2B portal build and configuration
- — Dealer account architecture and pricing tiers
- — Shared catalog structure with B2C
- — Product presentation adapted for trade buyers
- — Dealer onboarding documentation
Outcome
A structured wholesale channel that dealers can actually use. Orders are placed correctly, pricing is automated, and product information is appropriate for the trade context. The foundation is solid enough to expand the dealer network without rebuilding the infrastructure.
B2B commerce in powersports has specific requirements. Dealers need accurate pricing, availability information and product specs — not a consumer shopping experience with a discount code bolted on.
The Lionparts B2B EU portal was built to serve that context properly, with the right catalog structure and account logic for real trade use.
